Stay Safe On Your Visit

Covid-19 Information

Following Government Guidelines Floralands Farm Park have put in place essential changes to keep you safe on your visit.
We are now open for full day admission, you can arrive any time between 10.00am and 3.00pm.
Due to new government rules, groups of more than 6 people will not be permitted.
You must keep to your family groups or bubbles whilst on the site, and allow 2 metres distance between yourself and other groups at all times.
If you have any queries regarding new social distancing guidelines please speak to a member of staff.
Booking and Capacity:
We have now updated our capacity to 50%. This means booking is no longer essential, but we are keeping track of visitors coming in to the farm. This way we hope you can have a more flexible visit whilst we can still keep social distancing our priority.
If you would like to book your visit, you still can by calling us on 07477924708 and we will reserve a slot for you which will guarantee your entry. Customers who have not pre-booked are welcome to come along, but on busy days there may be a little wait if we have reached capacity.
Please note - customers who have farm passes or groupon tickets to redeem still, you MUST book in advance to avoid disappointment.
During your visit:
Follow our one way system. You will be asked to keep to the right hand side whilst walking around our animals, it also means you will have a chance to see each animal and not miss our new arrivals!
We have arrows around the farm to help you find your way.
Please remember to bring a mask with you!
Whilst on the farm, you are not required to wear your masks as we are out in the open, however through our entrance and gift shop we will be asking you to wear your face coverings to keep yourself and other customers safe.
Regular handwashing is advised throughout your visit, as well as use of the sanitising stations. We have provided more sanitisers around the farm walk and also have set up stations for use to disinfect play equipment and picnic tables if you wish.
The Extras...
We are selling animal feed.
Our animals are very happy to meet you and to have their treats back on the menu! Just remember, if you feed them by hand to make sure you wash your hands afterwards.
Unfortunately during this time, we are unable to open activities and areas of close contact. Therefore we will not be hosting our animal cuddles just yet. All animal farms and zoos across the country are having to abide by there rules and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Our play and picnic area is open!
You can pack a picnic and enjoy the scenery at the top of the hill.
Our staff are working very hard and regularly checking and cleaning all customer areas throughout the day.
We can promise a friendly and relaxed experience around the farm, with new faces to see and lots of fresh air to make the most of!
See if you can spot our new animals and our babies which have been born whilst you have been away, we've also helped out some other animals who have had to find a new home because of the pandemic.
Why not download our activity booklet to complete on your visit too?
Simply print it and bring it with you, or ask our staff on entry for your copy?
We know it's a lot to take in! But we hope that we can make this work for everyone in order to have an enjoyable visit, and for the animals to see the customers that they have missed so much! We are very grateful to everyone who has helped us during this very difficult time, and we thank you for your support in helping our business keep afloat.
