Stay Safe On Your Visit
Following Government Guidelines Floralands Farm Park have put in place essential changes to keep you safe on your visit.
Tickets are for full day admission, you can arrive any time between 10.00am and 3.30pm, (3.00pm on Sundays).
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Due to a change in government rules, customers are now able to meet with others outside of their household or support bubble with no maximum number of people.
However, at the farm park we do advise keeping to as small a group as possible if you are able to do so.
We are still encouraging social distancing and we ask that all customers allow 2 metres distance between themselves and other groups and our staff at all times.
If you have any queries regarding new social distancing guidelines please speak to a member of staff.
Booking and Capacity:
We have now updated our capacity to 50%. Therefore we strongly advise booking your visit in advance.
Booking is not essential, but we are keeping track of visitors coming in to the farm. Customers who have not pre-booked are welcome to come along, but on busy days there may be a little wait if we have reached capacity. This way we can still keep social distancing our priority.
Please note - customers who have farm passes or groupon tickets to redeem still, you MUST book in advance to avoid disappointment.
During your visit:
Follow our one way system. You will be asked to keep to the right hand side whilst walking around our animals, it also means you will have a chance to see each animal and not miss our new arrivals!
We have arrows around the farm to help you find your way.
Please remember to bring a mask with you!
Whilst on the farm, you are not required to wear your masks as we are out in the open, however we do advise wearing a mask in crowded places such as our entrance building or gift shop to keep yourself and other customers safe.
Regular hand washing is advised throughout your visit, as well as use of the sanitising stations. We have provided more sanitisers around the farm walk and also have set up stations for use to disinfect play equipment and picnic tables if you wish.
We are selling animal feed.
Our animals are very happy to meet you and to have their treats back on the menu! Just remember, if you feed them by hand to make sure you wash your hands afterwards.
During busy periods, we may need to limit feeds to ensure our animals do not get overfed.
Our animal handling and egg collecting activities will be running from 1st August. In order to monitor numbers, we will be selling tickets on a first come, first served basis so please ask for availability on our activities at the entrance.
Our play and picnic area is open!
You can pack a picnic and enjoy the scenery at the top of the hill.
Our staff are working very hard and regularly checking and cleaning all customer areas throughout the day.
We can promise a friendly and relaxed experience around the farm, with new faces to see and lots of fresh air to make the most of!
See if you can spot our new animals and our babies which have been born whilst you have been away, we've also helped out some other animals who have had to find a new home because of the pandemic.
We know it's a lot to take in! But we hope that we can make this work for everyone in order to have an enjoyable visit, and for the animals to see the customers that they have missed so much! We are very grateful to everyone who has helped us during this very difficult time, and we thank you for your support in helping our business keep afloat.
