Stay Safe On Your Visit
Covid-19 Re-opening Information
Following Government Guidelines Floralands Farm Park have put in place essential changes to keep you safe on your visit.
Opening and admission:
The Farm will be open for two sessions each day;
Morning Group- 10.00am to 12.30pm
Afternoon Group - 1.30pm to 4.00pm
Due to cleaning and disinfecting procedures which must take place, the farm will be closed from 12.30pm to 1.30pm for this to be carried out safely and effectively.
Your admission will be valid for either the morning or the afternoon session, but not both.
Booking and Capacity:
We now have a new maximum capacity limit and as predicted this is much lower than previous numbers allowed on to the premises.
We are currently running at 25% capacity, again following current guidelines, and keeping our customers safe whilst on the farm.
It is for this reason we strongly advise booking your visit in advance to avoid dissapointment.
Any customers who arrive without prior booking will not necessarily be guaranteed admittance to the Farm on that day.
Please note - customers who have farm passes or groupon tickets to redeem still, you MUST also book on in advance.
To book your visit please call us on 07477924708
Payment will be taken at time of booking.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
During your visit:
Unfortunately during this time, we are unable to open activities and areas of close contact. Therefore we will not be hosting our animal activities just yet. All animal farms and zoos across the country are having to abide by these rules and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
As of the 10th July we have started to sell our animal feed. Our large animals are very happy to meet you and to have their treats back on the menu! Regular handwashing is advised throughout your visit, as well as the use of sanitising stations.
We can promise a friendly and relaxed experience around the farm, with new faces to see and lots of fresh air to make the most of! See if you can spot our new animals and our babies which have been born whilst you have been away!
Why not download our activity booklet to complete on your visit too?
Simply print it and bring it with you, or ask our staff on entry for your copy?
There is a one way system in place for you to travel around the farm safely, and this way you can also make sure you won't miss any of the animals!
We know it's a lot to take in! But we hope that we can make this work for everyone in order to have an enjoyable visit, and for the animals to see the customers that they have missed so much! We are very grateful to everyone who has helped us during this very difficult time, and we thank you for your support in helping our business keep afloat.
Admission prices: Standard £3.50 per person
Children under 2 years FREE
